Bali Easy Ride

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. The rental agreement

By booking with Bali Easy Ride you agree to these terms. The rental covers the selected motorbike, 2 helmets, and 2 raincoats for the booked dates. The bike remains the property of Bali Easy Ride at all times.

2. Rider requirements

Riders must be 18 or older and hold a valid license: SIM C for Indonesian citizens; a passport plus an International Driving Permit with motorcycle category for foreign nationals. We may refuse handover if legal requirements are not met — in that case the booking is refunded in full.

3. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we accept it on WhatsApp. Payment is due at handover (cash), by bank transfer, or via down payment (DP) to lock your dates. Discounts (weekly −10%, monthly −20%) are applied automatically by rental length.

4. Deposit

A security deposit or an agreed guarantee applies and is explained at handover. It is returned in full when the bike comes back on time and in the condition it left.

5. Cancellations & changes

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the rental start. Extensions are welcome subject to availability; the new total is recalculated with applicable discounts.

6. Use of the bike

The bike may only be ridden by the named renter, on public roads, in Bali. Prohibited: racing, off-road use, overloading, subletting, and riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Helmets are mandatory for rider and passenger.

7. Damage, loss & breakdowns

Normal wear and mechanical failures are our responsibility — contact us and we will repair or replace the bike quickly. Damage, loss, or theft caused by negligence (including unlocked parking and traffic violations) is the renter's responsibility at fair repair/replacement cost.

8. Fuel & returns

Fuel is flexible: you may return the bike with any fuel level — no top-up required. What matters is that the bike comes back complete and undamaged. Late returns beyond 2 hours may be charged as an extra day.

9. Liability

Riding a motorbike carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, Bali Easy Ride is not liable for personal injury, third-party claims, or loss of belongings during the rental. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers motorbike riding.
