Landing at DPS with luggage and no transport is where most Bali trips lose their first afternoon. We deliver to the airport free, meet you at arrivals, and have you riding within about twenty minutes of clearing customs — with nothing to pay upfront.

How the handover works
Send us your flight number when you book. We track the arrival, so a delayed flight is our problem rather than yours, and we meet you at the domestic or international arrivals kerb — a short walk from either terminal exit. You get the bike, two helmets, two raincoats and the keys, pay for the rental there, and ride out. There is nothing to collect from an office and nothing to arrange in advance beyond telling us the flight.
Bring luggage into the equation before you book
This is the part people work out too late. A scooter carries one person with a backpack comfortably, or two people with almost nothing. If you are arriving with a large suitcase, take a taxi to your accommodation and have the bike delivered there instead — it is free either way, and the ride out of the airport with a case on your lap is genuinely unsafe. If it is only carry-on, the PCX160 and NMAX Neo have the largest under-seat storage in our fleet.
What to have ready
Your passport, and — if you are a foreign national — an International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category. Arrange the IDP in your own country before you fly; it is cheaper and faster than sorting it in Bali, and the road out of the airport is one of the more regularly checked stretches on the island. Indonesian citizens need a KTP and a valid SIM C.
The first ride out
The airport exit puts you straight onto the Bypass Ngurah Rai, which is fast, multi-lane and busier than anything most visitors have ridden at home. If you have never ridden a scooter before, this is the wrong place to learn. Take a taxi to where you are staying, have the bike delivered to the door in the morning, and start on quieter roads — Sanur and the Kuta beach road before 09:00 are the two easiest places on this side of the island.
Late arrivals and early departures
Delivery runs 08:00 to 20:00 WITA every day. If your flight lands outside those hours, the usual answer is a taxi to your accommodation and the bike delivered there the next morning — still free. Message us on WhatsApp with the flight time and we will tell you honestly what is workable rather than promising a midnight handover we cannot staff.
What it costs
Delivery to the airport is free, like every other area we serve — there is no distance surcharge and no minimum rental. Bikes are Rp 110.000 to Rp 150.000 a day, less on longer rentals, and nothing is charged until we hand you the keys. No deposit, no down payment, no card details.
Common questions
Can you deliver a scooter to Ngurah Rai airport?
Yes, free of charge, daily between 08:00 and 20:00 WITA. Send your flight number when you book and we will be at arrivals when you come out — we track the flight, so delays are handled from our side.
How much does airport scooter delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free everywhere we serve, including the airport, with no minimum rental length. You pay only for the rental itself, from Rp 110.000 a day, at handover.
Can I ride from the airport with a suitcase?
We would advise against it. A large case on a scooter is unsafe on the bypass, which is the first road you meet leaving the terminal. Take a taxi to your accommodation and we will deliver the bike there instead, at no cost.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us and adjust. There is no waiting fee and nothing to re-arrange — just message us on WhatsApp if anything changes at your end.
Do I need an international licence to collect a bike at the airport?
If you are a foreign national, yes — an International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category, carried with your home licence and passport. Arrange it before you fly. The road out of the airport is regularly checked, and it is also what keeps your travel insurance valid.
